Securely place the helmet or apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
